Magnum FAQs

Q: What is the Heineken® Personalised Magnum?
A: A limited-edition 1.5L magnum bottle with an ABV of 5%, that comes in one of four festive designs and a custom, personalized message – the perfect gift this Christmas.

Q: How do I personalise my Magnum?
A: Once you choose your preferred design on site, you’ll then be able to add your message (max 80 characters) on a following page, then checkout.

Q: From what date can I order and how long will the activity last?
A: The ordering process will be open from November 6th and will remain open for as long as we have stock. Due to the limited number of Magnums available, we recommend you order early to avoid any disappointment.

Q: Is the total cost inclusive of all relevant costs?
A: Yes, the total cost is €20 – this covers purchase of the Magnum, festive label with personalized message and delivery.

Q: Will I be able to see my message on the Magnum before I checkout?
A: Unfortunately not, but we’ll have template designs for each bottle on site for your reference.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: As each Magnum is customized, delivery times may vary. We will endeavour to deliver approximately 3.5 to 4 weeks from order confirmation.

Q: Can I get an order delivered to an address that’s not my own?
A: As the product being delivered is alcohol, you cannot. You will also need to be on hand to accept delivery with a government ID as per alcohol regulations.

Q: Who is the seller of record?
A: All purchases are processed by our licensed retail partner, RHK Bars. Heineken Ireland will collect your data only for the purpose of fulfilling the personalization & delivery on their behalf.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Due to personalisation, orders cannot be changed. However, if you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us via info@heineken.ie with the email subject line – Heineken Limited Edition Magnum Cancellation. Be sure to include all relevant details so we can action as soon as possible.

Q: What if there’s an issue with my order ?
A: If you happen to have any issue with your order (breakage / delay of order etc.), please reach out to us at info@heineken.ie or via our verified social channels (Facebook / Instagram).

Q: Can I request a refund & how long does it take to process a refund?
A: Of course you can – if you require a refund, please reach out to us at info@heineken.ie to do so. We’ll endeavour to action a refunds as soon as possible and they are typically processed within 5–7 working days from the date of confirmation. During peak festive periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased demand. We’ll notify you once your refund has been issued.

Q: Is there an age restriction?
A: Yes, you must be 18+ to purchase. Age verification is required to enter the site, at checkout and will be required on delivery.

Q: What info do I need to provide?
A: Name, email, phone, delivery address (incl. Eircode), and your message.

Q: Can I buy more than one Magnum at a time?
A: We want to ensure that as many people get the chance to order the Limited-Edition Magnum so only one order will be permitted per transaction, as quantities are limited – order early to avoid disappointment!
